Ingredients
- 16 oz tilapia or flounder fillets 4 fillets
- grated Parmesan cheese 3/4 cup
- paprika 2 tsp
- chopped fresh parsley or 1 tsp. dried parsley 1 Tbsp
- salt 1/4 tsp
- ground pepper 1/4 tsp
- olive oil 2 Tbsp

Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and line baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Mix Parmesan cheese, paprika, parsley, salt, and pepper together in a shallow dish.
- Coat fish fillets with olive oil and roll into the parmesan mixture.
- Place coated fish fillets on prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in preheated oven until fish flakes easily with a fork for about 10 to 12 minutes.
