- Minced garlic 1 Tbsp
- Salt 1⁄2 tsp
- Black pepper 1⁄4 tsp
- Dried rosemary (optional) 1⁄2 tsp

Directions
- Preheat your oven to 400° F (200° C) for 10 minutes.
- Toss together the butternut squash, olive oil, and garlic.
- Season with salt, pepper, and rosemary if desired.
- Arrange squash on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper; cubes should be spread out for even browning.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until squash is tender and lighted browned .
